    Thigh exercise:
    ①Lie down on the mat.
    ②Bend your knee to approximately 45 degrees. Your feet should lie flat on the floor.
    ③Place the thigh toner between the inner thighs. The thigh toner should be positioned so that it looks like an inverted "V".
    ④Squeeze the thighs together. Even if the toner on your thighs moves only a few inches, you will still exercise your thigh muscles. As you use the device over time, squeeze harder to move the thigh toner farther inward.
    ⑤Complete 15 to 20 repetitions. To increase the intensity, perform a slow repetition during each repetition or pause at the top of the squeeze action.

    Exercise arms and chest:
    ①Hold the handle of the thigh toner with your hand and hold it in front of you. You can sit or stand.
    ②Make sure that the toner is properly placed when pushing inwards so that the middle of the "V" shape is pushed outwards instead of inwards towards the chest.
    ③Push the handles together while moving the elbows to both sides.
    ④Complete 15 to 20 repetitions. This exercise will target your chest muscles.
