Work out your thighs:
Step 1: Lie on your back on the mat.
Step 2: Bend your knees to about 45 degrees. Your feet should be flat on the floor.
Step 3: Place thigh toner between inner thighs. The thigh toner should be positioned so that it looks like an upside-down "V" shape.
Step 4: Bring your legs together. Even if the thigh toner only moves a few inches, you can still work your thigh muscles. Over time, as you use the device, squeeze hard and push the thigh toner further inward.
Step 5: Complete 15 to 20 times. To increase the intensity, perform slow repetitions or pause at the top of the squeeze during each repetition.
Work your arms and chest:
Step 1: Hold the handle of the thigh toner with both hands and place it in front of you. You can sit or stand.
Step 2: Make sure the toner is positioned correctly as you push in so that the center of the "V" is pushing outward, not inward toward your chest.
Step 3: Squeeze the handles together while moving your elbows to your sides.
Step 4: Complete 15 to 20 times. This exercise will target your chest muscles.
